To make seamless and secure payments with Bankpay, you need to link your bank account. Follow these steps to connect your account in just a few minutes.

 

1. Open the Bankpay App

Ensure you have the latest version of the Bankpay app installed. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to “Accounts”

• Tap on “Accounts” from the bottom main menu.
• Tap on the + icon next to the title “Linked Accounts” to start the process.

3. Choose Your Bank

• From the list of supported banks, select your bank.
• If your bank isn’t listed, check back later as we continue to expand our coverage.

4. Log In to Your Bank Account

• You’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure login page.
• Enter your online banking credentials to authenticate.

5. Authorise the Connection

• Follow your bank’s security steps to approve the link.
• You may need to verify via OTP, biometric authentication, or banking app approval.

6. Confirmation and Completion

• Once authorised, your bank account will be linked to Bankpay.
• You can now use it to make payments directly from your account.

Unlinking your account

To unlink your account from bankpay, navigate to “Accounts” in the bottom navigation. Then swipe left on the account you would like to remove and tap the delete button.
